This website barely collects anything. VoiceX, the service, is built differently — this page explains both, in plain terms.
What this website collects
There is nothing to sign up for here: no account, no contact form, no tracking cookie. The audio demos on this site are plain static files that play back in your browser.
When traffic analytics are switched on for this site, they are entirely anonymous and cookieless: they never follow you to another site and never store anything that identifies you. They only tell us, in aggregate, that a page was viewed, a phone link was tapped, or an audio demo was played — never who you are.

How VoiceX, the service, is built
This site is the front door, not the service itself. Once a business puts VoiceX to work answering its calls, different rules apply: call recordings and transcripts are hosted in Montréal (the ca-central-1 region). On our standard plans, speech synthesis still runs through a US API today — we say so plainly, the same way we do on our Law 25 page. The Signature Voice option brings that step home too, running on our own Canadian servers.

Law 25 applies to any Québec business that handles personal information, including businesses that use VoiceX. This page is a plain-language overview, not legal advice — each client business remains responsible for assessing its own obligations.
